SB Nation BlogPoll College Football Top 25 Rankings "
- We proved we're not homers by dropping Pittsburgh out of our top 25. Struggling like the Panthers did against Maine is worthy of dropping them out for now. Also, is there a legitimate quarterback controversy now that Sunseri seems to still be struggling and backup Trey Anderson moved the ball so well in his shot at the job? Perhaps.
- We rewarded Michigan, Arizona State and Tennessee for good home wins. We also rewarded TCU for bouncing back from the loss to Baylor by beating a good Air Force team, and without two of its best players.
- How fun will this weekend be with Oklahoma playing at Florida State, Tennessee at Florida, West Virginia at Maryland, and scores of other really good games. Week three is always when the college football schedule gets humming.
