So Steve Lavin picked against the Pirates, who would go on to win, and said that the Pirates were not mature enough to get the victory. Ouchies.
Fast forward to Friday night. Prior to the Pirates' semifinal matchup, the former UCLA Bruins and St. John's Red Storm coach-turned FS1 analyst decided to have some fun while also owning up to his incorrect prediction.
Coach @SteveLavin64 is @SetonHallMBB's No.1 motivator! He's even got a Hall jersey now! #BIGEASTtourney #MadeAtMSG https://t.co/Gyxm3IphWY

Credit given where credit is due to Lavin for poking fun at himself after a bit of a misstep.
