DePaul makes 2015-16 roster changes

A recruit was released from his NLI, and a big-time player from last season has decided to transfer

DePaul's roster under new head coach Dave Leitao will look a bit different next season. Incoming recruit Raymond Doby has been released from his National Letter of Intent, and guard Durrell McDonald will look to transfer, the school announced Friday.

Doby originally signed a NLI with DePaul in May 2014 under Oilver Purnell, but later re-classified and went to prep school for a year.

McDonald played 97 games in his three seasons for the Blue Demons averaging 4.2 points per game.

Per NCAA rules, McDonald will need to sit out a year before playing again. Per Big East rules he cannot transfer to a fellow Big East school.
