Gamblin' Info

Seton Hall is a one point favorite per OddsShark.com. So far this year, Seton Hall is 12-2 ATS and Creighton is 6-10.

The Stakes

Creighton will play their second straight home game after a loss to DePaul earlier this week, moving them to 0-3 in the conference and tied for last with St. John's. The Bluejays desperately need a win before heading on the road again where they'll meet Marquette. Despite the loss to DePaul, Creighton will look to keep up their home success, as they have lost just 29 games at home in the last 15 seasons, and look to avoid losing at home in back-to-back games for the first time since February 2000.

No. 19 Seton Hall will play their second straight road game after falling at Xavier. The Pirates are 2-1 in Big East action and are looking to avenge last season's 72-71 loss at Creighton.

Inside the Numbers

The Bluejays make a conference best 8.5 threes per game, but are only shooting a meager 27 percent through the first three games of Big East action. If the Jays don't improve on that figure, they will find the remainder of the season to be rough going. Creighton enters the game against Seton Hall ranked 119th in the KenPom rankings and 104th in adjusted offensive efficiency while ranking 99 in adjusted defensive efficiency. Austin Chatman leads CU in scoring at 13.1 points per game.

Seton Hall begins the game against Creighton ranked 31st in the KenPom rankings while ranking 107th in adjusted offensive efficiency and 92nd in adjusted defensive efficiency. The Pirates are led by guard Sterling Gibbs, who is averaging 16 points per game.
