Seton Hall is coming in hot. After a solid win against Saint Louis and Florida A&M, Seton Hall will have to face a stout Oregon team. The Ducks are 5-0 for the first time since the 2015-2016 season. Led by senior guard Payton Pritchard, who is having a stellar season, and Anthony Mathis who is shooting the lights out. This backcourt is going to a be a challenge for Seton Hall’s Quincy McKnight.

Seton Hall, having equal firepower in the backcourt thanks to Myles Powell. On top of that, they have something Oregon doesn’t, which is size. Having Tyrese Samuel playing solid minutes early in the season. Sandro Mamukelashvili, Romaro Gill and Ike Obiagu have formed a formidable front court. This amount of size up front is a challenge for Oregon, who although has a deep rotation and good court spacing, lacks size.

I believe that Oregon, who has good wins this season over Memphis and Houston, will give Seton Hall a run for their money. They have the scoring necessary from Pritchard and Mathis, and good depth. However, If Myles Powell gets going and gets going early, it is going to be shootout.
