Butler Blue III, Butler's mascot, was not allowed inside PNC Arena for the Bulldogs' NCAA Tournament game

The NCAA has committed its greatest atrocity yet.

The NCAA has a lot of heat with a lot of people for a lot of reasons.

You could go on and on about the hypocrisy, the lousy rules, the lack of payment for players, etc. until you were blue in the face. It's fair to say that sometimes it feels like there's more bad than good.

But this might be your worst decision yet, NCAA.

That's right. Butler's lovable mascot Blue was not allowed inside of PNC Arena on Thursday during the Bulldogs' matchup against the Texas Tech Red Raiders.

Blue summed it up awfully well on his personal Twitter account.

A dang shame indeed. Is nothing sacred in this world we live in anymore?

For shame, NCAA. For shame.
