According to Zach Braziller of the NY Post and then a few minutes later on his personal Twitter, Delaware's Myles Cale has committed to play at Seton Hall.

He is Coach Kevin Willard's first addition to the 2017 recruiting class and the second guard named Myles that has decided to play at The Hall in the next two seasons. The other being NJ's own Myles Powell who will join the Pirates next season.
According to ESPN, Cale in the number two player in the 2017 class from the state of Delaware, is a top-30 guard in the class and has an 83 overall rating. Cale made the announcement on Twitter a few minutes after Braziller broke the news.
