Guten nachmittag, St. John's fans!
Guten nachmittag, of course, means "good afternoon" in German, a language you may want to familiarize yourself with, since four-star German forward Richard Freudenberg committed to the Red Storm on Thursday morning.
It's a done deal! Happy to be a part of the #SJUBB family ⚪️ https://t.co/9EZvB0AYXa

Freudenberg currently plays for Bayern Munich (basketball, not FC) in Germany.
Red Storm assistant Matt Abdelmassih was the lead recruiter for Freudenberg, as noted by Zach Braziller.
As was the case with Bashir Ahmed and Shamorie Ponds, assistant Matt Abdelmassih was the point man on Richard Freudenberg. #sjubb

Freudenberg's commitment propels St. John's class to the best in the Big East next season, as 247Sports' Jerry Meyer notes.
St. John's has a top 20 class in 2016 w addition of Richard Freudenberg. Would jump to top 10 if adds Rawle Alkins. https://t.co/Khqtitn3ey
