College basketball poll rankings: Villanova moves to #1 in AP Poll!

There was movement amongst other Big East teams as well!

With Kentucky’s loss to UCLA on Saturday, the writing was on the wall for Villanova to be the new #1 team in the AP Poll.

On Monday afternoon, it was confirmed.

Villanova is one of four Big East teams in this week’s poll, just like last week. Creighton stayed at #10, Xavier fell to #13, and Butler hopped up a couple spots to #16.
