For the second time this season, Xavier point guard Edmond Sumner has been named BIG EAST Freshman of the Week.

Sumner, who returned to the lineup on Saturday after missing three games with as head injury, played a big role in Xavier's victory over Marquette.
He had 15 points, five assists, and three rebounds.
With Trevon Bluiett being named the Player of the Week, this marks the first time this season a school has swept both awards.
