Ten Big East players on CBS' 2016 NBA Draft Preseason Big Board

Kris Dunn and Henry Ellenson lead the way, both appearing in the top 10.

CBS Sports' Sam Vecenie released his preseason 2016 NBA Draft Big Board today, and nine Big East players made the cut.

Providence junior guard Kris Dunn was both the top Big East player, and top upperclassmen in general, checking in at #5 on the list.

Marquette freshman, and Mr. Basketball in Wisconsin for 2015, Henry Ellenson was eighth on the list.

Noticeably absent from the list is Villanova freshman Jalen Brunson. Vecenie explains why in his article:

"I only rank freshmen that would be included within the top 50 prospects. The player that affects most is Jalen Brunson, who would have been the No. 52 prospect"

That seems fair. It's a loaded class and Brunson is very good, but he isn't quite NBA ready at this point.

The Big East players, along with their placement on the list, can be found below. NOTE: There are 150 prospects on the list.

Rank Player Position School
5 Kris Dunn G Providence Friars
8 Henry Ellenson F/C Marquette Golden Eagles
89 Isaac Copeland F Georgetown Hoyas
90 Daniel Ochefu C Villanova Wildcats

108 Josh Hart G Villanova Wildcats
