Maverick Rowan commits to North Carolina State over St. John's, others

The St. John's Red Storm were one of many teams in hot pursuit of 2015 four-star prospect Maverick Rowan. As always, one can come away victorious, and the Red Storm have found themselves on the wrong side of the coin.

The Fort Lauderdale, Florida native has decided to reclassify into the 2015 class and will play for the North Carolina State Wolfpack.

Rowan made the move official via his Twitter account on Sunday morning. Best of luck to him in Raleigh in the next stage of his career.
