German Pro A team Bayer Giants Leverkusen have added youth and a touch of green to their team for the upcoming season in the form of Ricky Kreklow (201-G-92) who is the teams third new player for this upcoming season. Kreklow is a 23 year old 201cm guard that was born in Columbia, Missouri in 1992 the year when Boston Celtic legend Larry Bird retired and has basketball roots on both sides of his parents as Father is head coach of the Missouri women's volleyball team and also played 25 games for the 1980-81 NBA World Champion Boston Celtics, while mother is former head women's volleyball coach at Missouri and current Director of Volleyball Operations.
