Per Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports, the Creighton Bluejays will travel to Bloomington, Indiana this coming season to take on the Indiana Hoosiers as part of the 2015 Big East-Big Ten Challenge.

It would be the first matchup between the schools according to Sports-Reference.com, at least since the 1979-80 where schools were classified as Division 1 programs.

The news comes a week after it was revealed that the reigning, defending Big East champions, the Villanova Wildcats, would play host to the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Additionally, the St. John's Red Storm will play host to the next door neighbor Rutgers Scarlet Knights at Madison Square Garden in this Big East-Big Ten Challenge. Rutgers, of course, is a former member of the Big East Conference, and last played the Red Storm on January 23, 2013 when St. John's knocked off the Scarlet Knights at the RAC 72-60.
