Mark L. Baer-USA TODAY Sports

Multiple Big East regular season awards are expected to be announced Monday morning. So far, here's what we have for you.

Providence Friars guard Kris Dunn and St. John's Red Storm forward Sir'Dominic Pointer are the 2015 Co-Defensive Players of the Year. The Friar guard and Red Storm wing were both sensational on the defensive side of the ball this past season, and are justifiably rewarded for their efforts.

Red Storm forward Pointer is also the conference's Most Improved Player after posting averages of 13.7 points, 7.6 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game in the 2014-15 season, on a field goal percentage of 52.6 percent.

Butler Bulldogs guard Alex Barlow is the 2015 Big East Sportsmanship Award winner.

Villanova Wildcats guard Josh Hart has won the Big East Sixth Man of the Year award. Whilst averaging 25.4 minutes per game, Hart scored 9.7 points and collected 4.4 rebounds per game, helping push the 'Cats to their second straight Big East regular season title.

We'll have more to come all day on the awards front, so stay tuned.
