Butler Bulldogs head coach Chris Holtmann has indicated that his star forward Roosevelt Jones will play against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the Round of 32.
That's what Holtmann informed ESPN's Dan Dakich on Friday morning. Jones was injured in Thursday's Round of 64 matchup against the Texas Longhorns, a game in which the Bulldogs won 56-48.
Jones did indicate on Twitter Thursday evening following the game that "nothing would stop him from playing Saturday," so this news seems to further the point that we will see the O'Fallon, Illinois native in the lineup when Butler takes on their fellow Indiana brethren.
