Per a release from the conference, the newcomer from the Dominican Republic and St. Patrick's School in New Jersey was stellar in the 2014-15 season. Delgado was named as the Big East's Rookie of the Week three times this past season, averaging 9.3 points and 9.9 rebounds, a conference high.
