Kellen Dunham and Ben Bentil were announced as the Big East weekly award winners Monday, with Dunham winning Player of the Week, and Bentil winning Rookie of the Week.

Kellen Dunham led the Bulldogs to two victories this week over St. John's and DePaul. He scored more than 20 points in both victories, 21 and 24, respectively. He also pulled down seven rebounds against St. John's. He's currently fourht in the Big East in scoring with 16.7 points per game.

Ben Bentil was a huge presence in Providence's win over Georgetown early last week. He had 16 points and a team-high 11 rebounds in the 74-71 victory. In the Friars' loss to Xavier, the young man also shined. He had another 16 point performance and grabbed another six boards in the loss to the Musketeers. Bentil was also great from the free throw line last week, going 14-17 from the stripe.
