Providence Friars point guard Kris Dunn was named to the watch list for the Bob Cousy Award on Friday morning.
Dunn joins 16 others who will be duking it out for the honor given out to the best point guard in the country each year since the 2003-04 season. Past winners include Jameer Nelson, Ty Lawson, Trey Burke, Dee Brown, Acie Law, Kemba Walker and Shabazz Napier, who won the award last season.
Like the Julius Erving Award, the Bob Cousy Award will be handed out on April 10, 2015 at Club Nokia in Los Angeles, California as part of ESPN's first-ever College Basketball Awards Show.
