To this point on your Monday night, you've probably already seen Seton Hall Pirates guard Sterling Gibbs' vicious, blatant elbow to Villanova Wildcats guard Ryan Arcidiacono's head. Gibbs offered an apology to the media, per Jerry Carino, and had this to say on his Twitter account.
