Jeff Hanisch-USA TODAY Sports

~ The Marquette Golden Eagles have dominated over the Maine Black Bears in the first half. They lead 61-29 and have led by as much as 32 points. Marquette started the game up 22-0 and, at one point, led 33-5 in the contest. It has not really been close since the opening tip.

~ MU is winning with efficiency. They've shot 25-for-38 from the field and 4-for-7 from the 3-point line. They have a 7-for-12 mark from the free throw line and have proven their worth thus in almost every other category.

~ Leading for Marquette are their 4 and 5, Henry Ellenson and Luke Fischer. Ellenson has 16 points and three rebounds, while Fischer already has 20 points and has only missed on one field goal out of 11 attempts. The big man has six rebounds to boot.

~ MU leads in rebounding, points off turnovers, points in the paint, fast break points, blocks and assists.
