Penn vs. Villanova: Halftime Notes

Villanova has won 12 straight Big 5 games. They have also won 12 straight games against Penn. Barring a miracle, neither will change tonight. The Wildcats lead the Quakers 39-11 after 20 minutes at The Pavillon.

Penn

  • Darien Nelson-Henry has been Penn's one bright spot. He leads the team with six points and five rebounds. He is also 3-4 from the floor.
  • Penn, as a team, is 5-29 from the field.
  • The Quakers haven't protected the ball very well. They have nine turnovers.

Villanova

  • Daniel Ochefu had a strong half. 10 points, three rebounds, and, most importantly, zero fouls.
  • Ryan Arcidiacono has seven points and five rebounds.
  • The Wildcats went 7-15 from the free throw line.
