Providence Friars junior guard Kris Dunn is the first BIG EAST Player of the Week award winner of the 2015-16 season.

The New London, Connecticut native, who was ranked as the No. 1 player in the country by our parent site takes home the award after notching a career-high 32 points against the Harvard Crimson on Saturday night. Dunn added six rebounds, eight steals and five assists to his night with just two turnovers to boot.
Dunn and the Friars will take on the Illinois Fighting Illini of the Big Ten Conference later this week as part of the inaugural Gavitt Games.
