Bryce Aiken commits to Harvard over Seton Hall, Miami

The New Jersey guard has elected to head up north to Harvard University.

Elizabeth, New Jersey's Bryce Aiken has committed to Harvard University.

The No. 4 prospect in the Garden State elected to play for Tommy Amaker and the Crimson over the likes of the Miami Hurricanes as well as the Seton Hall Pirates of the Big East Conference.

It was thought to be believed that with the verbal commitment of four-star guard Myles Powell (Trenton, NJ) that Kevin Willard was on the cusp of quite the recruiting coup in getting two very talented New Jersey guards. In any event, that is not the case, as Aiken slipped away from SHU's grasp.

Aiken is the fifth member of the 2016 class for the Crimson. He joins Chris Lewis (Alpharetta, GA), a fellow four-star prospect, as well as Robert Baker (Marietta, GA), Seth Towns (Columbus, OH) and Christian Juzang (Calabasas, CA). Harvard already had the top recruiting class in the Ivy League, and it only gets better with the acquisition of the Elizabeth, New Jersey native.
