Alonzo's son follows in his footsteps.

The anxiety is over for all Georgetown fans and the recruiting class looks good with the newest commit. 2014 Trey Mourning has committed to Georgetown as he tweeted out yesterday. Trey is a player that was expected to commit to Georgetown, but it came sooner than what people thought.

With Tre Campbell, LJ Peak, Issac Copeland, Paul White, and now adding Mourning to 2014 recruiting class for Georgetown, Georgetown might just have one of the best recruiting classes in the Big East and in the country. A few days ago, ESPN showed that Georgetown is in the top 10 with their recruiting class. With Mourning committed to Georgetown, the Hoyas now have some more size and has a lot of depth going into next season.  Mourning has good footwork in the post, has some range from the perimeter, and can block the ball. Mourning was a 3-star prospect, but I expect him to grow as a player because he obviously has ties to the university because his father also went to Georgetown.
