Jessie Govan commits to Georgetown

Hoyas have three forwards in the Class of 2015.

Brad Mills-USA TODAY Sports

Georgetown has recently got two good commitments from big men in the last couple days. The newest one came today with 2015 Jessie Govan, who took a visit not too long ago. Noah Dickerson committed this weekend and now Govan. The Hoyas are stacking up at the forward position in the class of 2015. The Hoyas have three commitments in the class so far and are all big men, who are really good.

Govan told Big East Coast Bias that the visit went well and he really liked the environment. People was not really expecting a commitment this early because it was reported that Govan could have taken a visit to Syracuse and NC State. With this commitment coming at this time for him, it really takes the pressure off of him and he can continue to focus on EYBl. On Saturday, Dickerson committed and Georgetown went up 11 spots in the 247 team rankings for class of 2015. Georgetown is getting a lot of good prospects, but they need more guards because they've got plenty of big men.

We will have more on the commitment from Govan this weeekend for EYBL session No.3, which is being held in Hampton, Virginia. The Hoyas are looking pretty good and the Class of 2015 is looking nice.
