Andrew Slater of 247sports reported last night that 2015 4-star Jessie Govan will visit Georgetown next week. Govan goes to Wings Academy in Bronx, NY. Govan visit to Georgetown will be his first to the hilltop. In addition to that, Govan has no other visits planed after his visit to the hilltop. Govan is being recruited by another Big East school which is Seton Hall, who has been recruiting him the hardest. Connecticut and Miami are also being recruiting him.
Last week, Georgetown had an in-home visit with him and it went well. Govan is playing for New York Lightning for EYBL this summer. Govan's Crystal Ball is trending 62%. Govan is a good big man that has soft hands and can score really well in the paint. If Govan commit to the Hoyas, the Hoyas 2015 recruiting class will start to look good because Marcus Derrickson is the first player to commit to Georgetown in the 2015 class.
