Big East Players in the NBA: November 12

A pair of Big East alums notched double-doubles, but only one was impressive enough to win the coveted Line of the Night.

Line of the Night

Kyle Korver (Atlanta Hawks): 16 PTS, 10 REB, 6 AST, 5-10 FG (4-7 3PT)

The former Creighton sharpshooter approached a triple-double in Atlanta's victory over the Jazz. Korver, perhaps unsurprisingly, is third in the league in 3-pointers made with 22 so far in this young season.

Vine of the Night

Korver makes a double appearance here tonight, winning Line of the Night and Vine of the Night. This isn't technically a Vine, but as I've said in the past, we work with what we're given. Here's Korver hitting a late three to seal the game for the Hawks, courtesy of NBA.com (skip to 1:37). Look how deep Korver is. That's how he's made a living for so long in the NBA, by being able to knock down shots like that.
