West Virginia, Cincinnati Climb In Final AP And USA Today Coaches Polls

With the conclusion of the BCS Championship Game last night, the final Associated Press and USA Today Coaches Polls have been released. On the heels of its 70-33 blowout win over ACC champion Clemson, West Virginia finished the season 10-3 and ranked 17th in the AP Poll and 18th in the Coaches Poll. Cincinnati, also finished 10-3 with a Liberty Bowl victory over Vanderbilt and climbed all the way 21st in the AP Poll and made into the Coaches Poll at #25. Rutgers was the only other Big East team to receive votes, getting 3 votes in the AP and 11 votes in the Coaches Poll. You can view both final polls after the jump.
