After week one of the college football season, West Virginia checks into both the AP and USA Today Coaches poll, and South Florida finds its way into the AP Poll at #22 after winning on the road at then #16 Notre Dame. Pittsburgh and Cincinnati also received votes in one of the polls. You can view both polls in full after the jump.

I'm a bit surprised that South Florida didn't find its way into both polls with a win over a team ranked in the teens in both polls coming in. Seems voters drew the "Notre Dame is not as good as we thought" conclusion rather giving South Florida credit for the win.
