Recruitin' Preview: South Orange Juice tackles the questions of who is doing the recruiting for the Seton Hall Pirates and what point guards are they going after?

Eric LeGrand Update: On his twitter account, LeGrand said: "Twitches going through the body, coming back." That's awesome news.

Rumble in the Garden: has recruiting updates on Ricardo Gathers and Kyle Anderson. They advise caution for St. John's fans on getting excited about picking up Gathers before he is officially in the fold.

Round One is Done: of the SB Nation Conference Re-Draft. We'd let you know who we picked already but we don't want to give away our round two strategy. Next Monday, a big reveal of the results of the first two rounds will take place at Cowboys Ride for Free. After that, we should be able to keep you up on what's going on.

Card Chronicle: has a long piece on the NCAA and "creepy recruiting" and how the NCAA doesn't care in the least about it. Why? Because all they care about is profit.

Speaking of the NCAA...: Mark Emmert has called a meeting (August 9-10) to discuss the future of Division I sports with 50 university presidents or chancellors. Pay-for-play is obviously going to be the issue that gets the most press out of these meetings.

Internecine Struggles: Syracuse has taken Joshua Parris away from South Florida. He will play tight end for the Orange when he arrives in 2012. Likewise, Louisville has snagged offensive lineman TC Klusman. Klusman also had an offer from the Pittsburgh Panthers.
