Blue Disk Update: The NCAA has passed a new rule that says there will be an arc three feet from the goal inside which defenders are not allowed to take a charge. The organization also changed the terminology of intentional fouls to parrot the NBA. Intentional fouls will now be a Flagrant 1 and a flagrant foul will be a Flagrant 2. Defenders will not be able to protest the call by saying "I'm not getting paid to be here. If you want to use NBA terms, pay me"
