The Creighton Bluejays are officially in on the top-ranked player in Pennsylvania in the Class of 2020.
The Bluejays offered shooting guard Ethan Morton on Monday. Morton, a native of Butler, Pennsylvania and an attendee of Butler Senior High, announced the offer on his personal Twitter account.

Morton has been making plenty of waves in his high school career. As we mentioned, 247Sports Composite has him listed as the top-ranked player in the state for 2020. That’s ahead of the likes of Noah Collier, Isiah Warfield and Lynn Greer III, among others. Additionally, Ethan ranks 14th among all shooting guards in the 2020 cycle. As it pertains to the nation, he currently ranks 54th and is listed as a four-star prospect.
Creighton is just the latest to offer him, as plenty of high-majors have already done so. The Oregon Ducks, Wisconsin Badgers and Indiana Hoosiers are among those who’ve offered to this point. Elsewhere, the Northwestern Wildcats, Marquette Golden Eagles, Butler Bulldogs and Vanderbilt Commodores have as well, while the Virginia Cavaliers, Stanford Cardinal, Ohio State Buckeyes, Pittsburgh Panthers, Iowa State Cyclones, West Virginia Mountaineers and Penn State Nittany Lions have, too. In total, 19 programs have offered him to this point.
With Ethan Morton offered, Creighton now has 15 open offers for 2020. Morton is the 10th guard to receive an offer from the Jays, as they’re focusing hard on the position, which shouldn’t come as a surprise at all.
