Villanova and Virginia will be playing a home-and-home series starting this season, so says Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
The teams will square off in December at John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville before playing in Philadelphia in the 2016-2017 season.
This matchup continues Villanova's loaded nonconference slate as they are already playing in the Preseason NIT Tournament at Madison Square Garden, facing Oklahoma in Hawaii, taking on Nebraska at home, and, of course, facing the rest of the Big 5.
