Butler, Cincinnati to begin home-and-home series in 2015

CBS Sports' Jon Rothstein is reporting that the Butler Bulldogs and Cincinnati Bearcats will begin a home-and-home series in the 2015-16 season.

The Bulldogs and Bearcats are scheduled to meet in Cincy in the upcoming season and will then flip over to historic Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis in 2016.

The Bearcats were former members of the Big East Conference before promenading to the then-newly formed American Athletic Conference.

Given that these two programs are typically very good, these matchups should no doubt bring excitement to the table when they eventually take place.
