Via VerbalCommits, DePaul is the third school to send an offer to Usher. Nebraska and North Florida had previously done so in June and in August 2014 respectively. DePaul is targeting Usher as well as Trace Young, Jermaine Cousinard, Ishmael El-Amin and T.J. Smith as far as 2017 shooting guards go.
