Georgetown Recruiting: Georgetown reaches out to 2016 recruit Jamal Murray

The Hoyas recently picked up interest in 2016 recruit Jamal Murray, a native of Ontario, Canada.

According to Adam Zagoria of SNYTV, Georgetown has decided to reach out to 2016 CIABounce PG Jamal Murray on Tuesday via telephone. Many scouts consider him to be one of the top prospects in the class of 2016.

Murray hold offers from llinois and Michigan State, but other schools that are showing interest in 6-foot-3 guard are Georgetown, Ohio State, Syracuse, Florida, Louisville, Michigan, and Florida State.

The Kitchener, Ontario native attends high school at Athletes Institution Basketball Academy in Toronto, and plays EYBL for CIABounce also.

Certainly Murray will be a name to watch out for as the recruiting season livens up.
