Seton Hall's Needs in Upcoming Recruiting Class

+

The Pirates are a very young team this season, as they have 8 freshmen on their roster. That's more players (7) then they have returning from last season. It's gonna be a tough season for the Pirates, but they still have a chance to surprise people. Isaiah Briscoe has ruled out him coming to Seton Hall, and possibly going to Big East rival St. John's. That leaves six open offers for the class of 2015 still on the table. The biggest one Seton Hall needs to commit is 5-Star prospect Cheick Diallo (No. 3 PF). This would allow the Pirates to go with a small lineup in the coming years, and Diallo has enough raw talent to make a immediate impact. If they don't land Diallo, they still have a good backup option in Thomas Bryant (No. 5 PF). Bryant is a 4-Star recruit who is an inch taller than Diallo, and could be a good option at Center once Chier Ajou graduates. The Pirates have plenty of depth at every other position, so if they can get one of those two big men in the middle to commit, it will make recruiting easier in the coming years when they need guards.
