Obiagu attends Greenforest Christian Academy and is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, checking in at 7-feet tall and 230 pounds.

He ranks 10th on ESPN's Top 60 in the Class of 2017 and is a five-star recruit per their ranking service.

Via ESPN's ranking service, he's the No. 2 recruit at his position and No. 2 in the state of Georgia. Tops at the position is DeAndre Ayton (Phoenix, AZ) and the No. 1 recruit in The Peach State is power forward Wendell Carter (Atlanta, GA).

Currently, according to ESPN, Obiagu holds offers from Butler, Cincinnati, Kansas State, Memphis, Purdue, Virginia and Wake Forest as well as the Musketeers, too.
