4* 2015 Shooting Guard Brandon Sampson setting up visit with St. John's

According to SNY's Adam Zagoria, the Baton Rouge, Louisiana native is talking with head coach Steve Lavin about scheduling a visit to the campus. Lavin visited Sampson last Friday according to Zagoria, and they are working towards getting him on campus for the Red Storm's Midnight Madness event on October 17 per his high school coach, Jeff Jones.

Sampson is not scheduled to commit until the spring.
