The Georgetown Hoyas offered a rising 2023 prospect earlier this week.
Malik Olafioye of Detroit, Michigan scored an offer from the Hoyas. Olafioye announced that he received the offer from head coach Patrick Ewing and assistant coach Robert Kirby on his Twitter account:

Georgetown is just the latest school to offer the Ecorse High School point guard. The Hoyas join the likes of the Boston College Eagles, IUPUI Jaguars, UNLV Rebels, UAB Blazers, Oakland Golden Grizzlies among several other programs to have sent him scholarship offers.
Right now, Olafioye isn’t ranked anywhere nationally. But, that trend obviously will not hold once the focus shines a bit brighter on the Class of 2023.
