The DePaul Blue Demons added to their growing assembly of offers over the weekend.
The Blue Demons’ coaching staff offered Class of 2022 power forward Mady Traoré. Traoré, a native of Cumberland, Maryland, announced he had received the offer on his personal Twitter account:
Traoré is listed at 6-foot-10 and 190 lbs. as he heads into his junior year of high school at the Bishop Walsh School. Right now, he is not listed on either 247Sports’ standalone rankings or their composite rankings. But with lots of time to go, he still has a chance to make an impact and gain national recognition in the recruiting world.
Based on who he’s already received offers from, that recognition should probably come soon. To this point, per his Verbal Commits page he’s gathered three offers. The Blue Demons became the second program to offer him at the time, joining the Arizona Wildcats, who were the first to offer him last week. And also on Sunday, the Auburn Tigers sent him an offer, too. With three high-major programs offering him, you should likely expect plenty of attention to rise for him in the future.
DePaul is now up to 36 open offers in the Class of 2022 after offering Traoré.
