The Creighton Bluejays were active in the recruiting realm on Wednesday. Head coach Greg McDermott and his staff offered Class of 2022 wing Demarion Watson-Saulsberry of Minneapolis. Watson-Saulsberry announced that he received the offer from the Jays on his personal Twitter account:

Listed at 6-foot-6, 175 lbs., Watson-Saulsberry is a Top 200 recruit in in the 2022 class. He ranks 170th on 247Sports’ Composite Rankings for 2022, with a three-star rating at this juncture. He ranks 38th amongst all small forwards, a talent-rich class headed by Michigan State Spartans commit Emoni Bates, who of course is the top recruit in the land in 2022. Lastly, he currently sits sixth amongst all Minnesota recruits. He trails four-stars Tre Holloman (Cretin Derham Hall), Camden Heide (Wayzata), Eli King (Caledonia) and Prince Aligbe (Minnehaha Academy) as well as fellow three-star Willie Wilson (North Senior).
The offer from Creighton is just the latest for Watson-Saulsberry, who’s picked up several from high-major programs. He currently holds offers from the Florida Gators, Iowa Hawkeyes, Minnesota Golden Gophers, Nebraska Cornhuskers, Iowa State Cyclones and Missouri Tigers. In addition to that host of programs, he’s also holding offers from the Morgan State Bears as well as the Hampton Pirates.
Creighton now has 23 open offers in the Class of 2022 now after sending the offer to Watson-Saulsberry.
