The towering 6-foot-11 center, N’Faly Dante, made quite the splash on the recruiting front.

Not only did he announce that he will commit to Oregon, but he is also reclassifying ahead to 2019.

Dante has been on a number of college recruiters’ radars, generating buzz at a young age for his ability to be an impact player on both ends of the court with his size, physicality, rebounding, rim protecting, and scoring.

He continued to foster his talents and grow as a player at Sunrise Christian (Kan.) This summer was a big one for Dante, who topped off his strong summer by taking home Peach Jam MVP honors with a stellar 22-point, 18-rebound performance to lead MOKAN Elite (Kan.) in the championship game.

Overall, it was a solid summer for Dante, who averaged 13.7 points, 9.1 boards, and 1.4 blocks through 23 AAU games.

He received offers from St. John’s, Kentucky, Iowa State, Kansas, LSU, Oklahoma State, Michigan State, and a couple of others.

The Red Storm offered him in 2017, a couple of weeks after he impressed in the Jordan Classic U-16 Global Showcase.
