The Jays are now in on the Missouri guard.

Caleb Love of Christian Brothers Academy in St. Louis was offered by the Creighton Bluejays on Monday.

Love is a Class of 2020 point guard and, at the moment, ranks as one of the best players in the entire country. The four-star prospect ranks 91st in the nation in the Class of 2020 and is also the 3rd-ranked prospect in the state of Missouri. The only players that Love trails are Vashon’s Cam’Ron Fletcher (who ranks 50th in the nation) and Park Hill’s Roman Wilson (listed at 62nd in the country). Among all point guards right now, Caleb is the 19th-best in the 2020 class.

The Bluejays have offered three point guards to this point in the 2020 class now. Love joins three-star recruit Ty Berry of Newton, Kansas and four-star recruit Cameron Thomas of Chesapeake, Virginia. Love is also the 12th player in the class that Creighton has offered at this time. They have offered three point guards, four shooting guards, two small forwards, two power forwards and one center.

Understandably, Love is garnering a lot of attention from high-major programs. Creighton is the 13th program to offer him so far. They are also the third Big East program to do so. The Marquette Golden Eagles offered him on Sunday and the Xavier Musketeers did so back in April. Additionally, the Florida Gators, Texas A&M Aggies, Northwestern Wildcats, Illinois Fighting Illini, Iowa Hawkeyes, Missouri Tigers and Kansas State Wildcats are among those who’ve given him scholarship offers.
