2018 four-star Tyger Campbell will be taking an official visit to DePaul this weekend. Campbell, a former Blue Demons commit, made the announcement that he’d be visiting the campus on his Twitter account Tuesday.

Campbell recently visited Purdue, and much of the thought coming off that visit was that he would be heading to West Lafayette. For the time being, though, he is still uncommitted and seems to still be keeping DePaul in mind.
This visit, of course, coincides with the start of the 2017-18 college basketball season. DePaul will be opening their new venue, WinTrust Arena, this Saturday when the Blue Demons welcome the Notre Dame to their new digs.
It will be very interesting to see what goes down this weekend. A big weekend could be in store for DePaul if they can get Campbell to recommit for next year. He was the centerpiece of a class that currently has one commit in the form of John Diener of Cedarburg, Wisconsin.
Tyger currently attends La Lumiere School in La Porte, Indiana. He ranks second among all Indiana recruits in 2018, only trailing five-star Romeo Langford. Campbell ranks 11th among all point guards in a loaded class and is ranked 60th overall in the 2018 cycle.
