Earlier this week, the DePaul Blue Demons offered two Class of 2021 prospects who hail from the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. The first was Max Christie, a guard from Rolling Meadows.
Next came Chris Hodges, a forward from nearby Schaumburg. The Illinois Wolves, the UAA team that both Hodges and Christie play for, made the announcement of both their offers back on Sunday.

As the tweet from the Wolves indicates, Hodges is already listed at 6-foot-8 (!) as he enters his freshman year at Schaumburg High School. That will play.
Like with Christie, DePaul is the first D1 school to offer Hodges. Dave Leitao and his staff are getting out in front in trying to offer this pair of high school freshmen, even if it is a wee bit ambitious.
