Per Prep Hoops Maryland’s Colby Giacubeno, the Georgetown Hoyas are hosting a 3-star recruit in the 2020 recruiting cycle on Friday night. Justin Lewis of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute is on an unofficial visit to the Georgetown campus.

Lewis is presumably the third 2020 player that the staff has targeted, with current offers out to Ché Evans Jr. and Earl Timberlake Jr. He certainly has the credibility, ranking 65th overall in the cycle. He also ranks 13th among all power forwards and fifth in the state of Maryland. That Old Line State class is pretty well stocked, as Hunter Dickinson, Elijah Wood and the aforementioned Timberlake and Evans comprise the rest of the Top 5.
As he enters his sophomore season, Lewis is listed at 6-foot-6, 212 lbs. according to his 247Sports page. He has already boasted quite a few high-major offers. He has offers from Penn State, UNLV, Kansas State and Georgia Tech to this point. Also, fellow Big East rep St. John’s has offered, as has Ole Miss and Old Dominion, too.
