Preview
With the middle of the Big East being such a chaotic mess right now, both of these teams could take advantage with a victory on Thursday night. If Georgetown wins, they improve to 4-4 and move into sole possession of third place in the conference. Xavier would jump up to 4-5 with a victory, and move into a tie for third place with Seton Hall and St. John’s.
The stakes are high, as they so often are in Big East play.
