If Travis Steele’s first recruiting cycle as head coach is any indication, the Xavier Musketeers are going to continue to reel in top level talent for years to come.
Friday afternoon, Steele and the Musketeers landed their fourth 2019 commitment, as Philadelphia’s Dahmir Bishop tweeted he would be heading to the Queen City.

The interest between Bishop and Xavier has been evident since Steele was hired, and after Bishop took an official visit to Xavier last weekend, he decided to commit. He had visits lined up with VCU, Florida, and Rhode Island, as well. Those will no longer be necessary.
Bishop’s a versatile player with talent on both sides of the ball, and he should be a solid contributor to an impressive Xavier squad going forward.
